With our two business units, Transactions and Value Creation, we support well-known international private equity funds and medium-sized companies before and after the deal with tailor-made consulting services.
Our support is considered high-level consulting in the German landscape and therefore makes our company unique.
Our teams consist of consultants and experts with different areas of focus and backgrounds. In the Transactions team, the focus is on transaction advisory and due diligence projects. In the Value Creation team we have consultants in the area of B2B market research, innovation & strategy as well as communication and sales experts.

Application

Video Call
If you are a good match for the position, we will contact you via email within three days and schedule an approximately 30-minute video interview with you. The interview will be conducted by the responsible HR contact person.
1. Interview
After a positive first video call, you will be invited to a personal or virtual interview lasting approximately 1 hour. We usually reply very quickly after the first interview, within 1-3 days. Participants for the personal interview will include 1-2 members from the GPC team as well as 1 HR contact person.
2. Interview
In a further personal interview (lasting approximately 1.5 hours), which we schedule about one week after the first personal interview, we will give you the opportunity to work on a case and get to know our managing directors.
Decision
You will receive our final decision with a contract offer within 5 days. Congratulations and welcome to the GPC team! ☺
